I'm looking for a furnished apartment that will allow two small dogs near New Castle. Does anyone know of this apartment complex? Is it in a safe neighborhood? I'm a single woman so I just want to be sure I'd be safe there. Thanks

I know someone who has lived there for a few years and likes it. She is a single female (retired military, if that makes a difference) with a small dog. I don't know about the furnished part. I would think that it is relatively safe, but the development next to it, Buckley, does not have the best reputation but I rarely hear of crime there. The complex is on Route 40, right off of Route 1, so it is a great location.
