Just got a job near Bear Delaware. Currently living in Philadelphia and the commute is killing me. Looking to find a place to live in for a year or so then maybe use as a rental property later on down the line in anywhere from a year to 5 years. My girlfriend has to stay in the Philadelphia area for work for another year. I have been looking near Wilmington. Hear great things about trolley square but it might be a little pricey. More info on Trolley square, Forty Acres, Little Italy , Union Park gardens. Or any areas that would work. Is there any areas by the Ball park that are nice. Looking for a neighborhood that is on the upside that would be a good investment. Also is there anywhere near Bear that would be a good temporary housing that could later be used as a rental property. Looking for under 150, 000 but can go higher if its the right place. Need atleast two bedrooms. Dont want to do a condo since will be stuck with monthly condo fees. i dont mind fixer uppers either. Thanks in advance for all your help.
