Question hall rentals- NEED HELP PLEASE!!!

I've looked everywhere and can't seem to find an actual list of hall rentals in the Smyrna area.

I have tried the Clayton Fire Hall, the American Legion, and the Smyrna Opera House (the only halls that I know of). All too expensive for an 18th Birthday party. It will be in January, so outside is out of the question.
I'm new to the area, so any suggestions would be great! A church, a school, etc. Anything that will hold 40-45 people and a dj.

Please help!!!

We are new to DE also, but what comes to mind are along the same lines.... Moose Lodge, Kiwanis, VFW, etc. We are south of Dover, so I am not sure about what is available in the Smyrna area.

I think you may have problems with schools or churches, from a liability insurance standpoint. Assuming this is for your child, you may want to check with your homeowner's insurance anyway. I have been an insurance agent in other states for years, and this sort of thing is not easy to pull off on your own. You may find it cheaper and easier to check with a catering place that will contract everything you want. Just a few thoughts.
