Hello,

I have already gotten some great information from reading through these forums, but I wanted to ask this question directly and see if I could get some additional input.

I'm looking for the best neighborhoods to consider for a mid-50s single woman - Safety is a big priority.

Other things of note:
  • Would prefer an easy commute to South Jersey (Camden / Vorhees areas) - No more than 45 minutes and easy train access preferred
  • Would prefer little / no yard work
  • Price range is mid/low $200k
We have already looked at some areas in Claymont and are starting to explore Wilmington, but your suggestions and feedback are very valuable.

Thank you in advance!

We rent a beautiful townhouse in Bear, Delaware, while we wait to build. Try St. Andrews in Bear. They have all kinds of apartments and their maintenance is untouchable and up to date. Safe, clean and alot of privacy.

Thank you very much for the suggestion! We will be in the area tomorrow looking at several properties.

What builders are you looking into?
