In 30 days, I am relocating to work in (Christiana) Newark, DE. Most of my coworkers commute from Baltimore and Philly. I am moving from the Midwest and would prefer a commute of 30 minutes or less. School districts are important to me. I am looking to rent a home in a great family friendly area. Any ideas?

I am also palnning to relcoate to Newark from Baltimore. Really can not get a good feel of an area looking at Apartment reviews. From the Hunt Valley area in baltimore so looking for an area where a little night life and bars are not the far. After picking through the sites for days, I have come down to School Bell- The Reserve-THe reserve aat Becks Pond. Does anyone have any info on these developments or can suggest some others. Thanks in advance

Did either of you have any luck with finding an apartment? I also may be relocating for a job in the next month or two from the midwest.

where are you working? it's possible to work with your employer to set up commuter vanpooling, so you could share the ride with coworkers, and save money and time that way
