My wife and I will be relocating to Lewes within the next few months.
We eat all types of seafood and prefer seafood that has not been previously frozen.
Is there a fresh seafood store in Lewes or maybe Rehoboth?
Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you in advance.
Bill

Don't know about a "storefront" type store, but there are tons of places to buy fresh fish. I wouldn't go to a "store" to buy fresh fish. Delaware is only between 7 and 9 miles wide downstate, at the narrowest point, between the ocean and bay. Fishing is the thing here.

We prefer Indian River Inlet, and wait for the boats to come in. Pick you fish, and have them clean it in front of you. Of course....it's a seasonal thing....not off season. We also buy fresh fish at Bowers Beach, Frenchie's Dock, in Kent County. For an eat-in place, JP's on the Wharf in Bowers Beach also let you pick you fish, and they prepare it for you. Same for crabs.

In the Milford area you can go to That's Right seafood near the Mispillion Lighthouse at Slaughter beach, Just follow the signs for the DuPont Nature Center. It next door to the seafood place.
