What are the VERY BEST places to eat at in Delaware, yes anywhere in Delaware. (Dover: move, clothes)

I will agree with him that restaurants in general on the east coast taste better, why... I don't know, one can shell out good money for gourmet food here but who can afford to do that all the time. But hey we have good sushi. But I will have to disagree about Mexican food, Calif has by far the best Mexican food I've ever tasted, bar Mexico of course, We've been to Mexico several times, we are about an hour away, so it's easier to get fresh products to Calif then I would imagine to the East Coast.

The best Mexican in DE is at Border Cafe right by the Christiana Mall. Best brewery and food is at Dogfish Head Brewery in Rehoboth.

"Where Pigs Fly" in Dover, "The Countrie Eatierie" in Dover, "Smyrna Diner" in Smyrna are my three favorites at the moment.

I'm from New York so very fussy about my pizza, but I thought Grotto Pizza was pretty good. Next time down, I'm going to try Betsy Ross pizza. They seem to have a good reputation.

Chinese food cannot compare with New York City. When I worked in the city, I was able to have lunch in Chinatown every so often. Nothing like it in Delaware, or even in suburban New York where I current live.

Awesome! Hubby is a huge beer fan, in fact he brews his own beer and loves a good brewery.

We will have to check out all these Mexican food places.
