I'm hoping someone could lead me in the right direction towards finding out my rights on these signs that appear every weekend. Is there a certain amount of space in my yard where they are allowed? Most are from home builders and contacted one was told it was done by a contractor and to take it up with them. Couldn't believe that. I would like to just take them down but wanted to check one is near electric pole and another 5 ft from road but others wherever they want. I live in a unincorporated area so can't complain to city. Any help advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Take them down and call the county after you take a picture of where they were. They are illegal but builder's get away with it, however, they are supposed to be fined for every sign they are caught placing whether they have a contractor do it or not! I would start a nice little bonfire with them.

Are they actually on your property or are they on "the right of way"?? On your property I would take them down in a minute .In our area the State Representative would be the person I would call. She could give me all the info I would need.
