What utililities are separate in the Wilminton area? Is water and sewer different bills? Do you pay for trash pickup? What is an average monthly cost for water, sewer trash? What is an average electric bill for an 1200 sq ft SFH? Which form of heat is least expensive?

I don't know what the costs are IN the city, but in the Wilmington area they are not cheap. Sewer and Water are usually together as one affects the other. I have septic so I only pay water, its about $45 a month. Rural Trash pick up is about $175 a quarter. Electric and Gas is Delmarva figure on around $200 a month.
