Default Live in Delaware/Work at Aberdeen Proving Ground

Hello, I am a single 40-ish female possibly relocating to the area. I am interested in townhome or condo communities near the MD border. I have already been looking in MD but thought I would also expand my search to Delaware. Can anyone suggest some nice towns near the border so as to minimize the commute to Aberdeen? I would appreciate any suggestions.

There is a new condo building in downtown Newark called the Washington House. They are pricey but the dating scene in Newark is very good as there are a lot of very educated people associated with the University of Delaware. The real advantage is that you get all the tax breaks of living in Delaware and you are only 8 minutes from the Elkton, MD interchange to I-95. You can be in APG in about 35 minutes.

Default Thank you

Thank you very much for the info. I checked them out -- look very nice. My price range is probably no more than about $275,000. If anyone knows of any places in that price range, please do share! Thank you again.
