Looking to relocate to a suberb outside of Wilmington. Since I am orginally from NYC (although now living in VA) I do not want to live in a small country "hick town" like I now live in. What towns have the suberban feel but are close to shopping centers (or malls) and are also newly built up as opposed to old and run down?
