Rental Houses in New Castle County
Hi, I am relocating to Wilmington/Newark area and am trying to find a good website with houses for rent in the area. I am looking to spend less than 1250 a month and would like a small house/townhome with a fenced yard that takes pets. (Pref. in a safe area)Moderator cut: real estate advertising link and it was pretty good, but only had a few listings on it. Are there any other sites like it with rental properties?

I have been looking for rental houses also and there is not much out there... try prudential

We own a few rentals. We only advertise on Craigslist.org. Good luck!

Local rentals
Check out Delawareonline.com (the on line version of the local paper, Wilmington News Journal- access is free). I rented a house last year from these classifieds. There are a large number of rental agents- many are also realtors, some are not. Right now there are a lot of failed sales, so many will be listed as for sale or rent. There are plenty of listings in your price range, but I can't comment on the quality of these as that is not the range I was looking in, and I don't know what your reasonable expectation is.
