I was in northern Delaware earlier this week and noticed graffiti....everywhere....what is up with that? Also, a TON of suburban development. The place is growing like crazy, but it's all suburban nonsense.

I am from the NYC Metropolitan Area and am considering buying a townhouse in Rehoboth Beach, DE with husband and daughter. Can anyone give me their honest opinions/views about Rehoboth Beach?

I'd suggest either starting a new thread or posting on one that deals with Rehoboth Beach. Like this one: http://www.city-data.com/forum/delaw...real-deal.html

This brings up an interesting point - are the only choices Baltimore or Philly news? Is there not a local newscast out of Dover? I would hope there would be local news for the state.

Yes, I quite agree. I could do well with never having to hear the sensationalistic crime reportage that passes for news from the Philly stations. Philadelphia news programs are absolutely the worst I have ever seen. And the less I have to hear about Philadelphia crime, the better.
