Looking for housing in Newark
Hi,
I'll be moving to Newark for one year, and I'm looking to find an apartment or room to rent. I noticed some earlier posts on certain apartment communities in the area, but I haven't gotten the chance to narrow things down and figure out the going rate for rentals in the area, since I'm out of town, and would like to figure out what options I have before I make a trip over here.
Basically I'm looking for a safe, quiet area that's nearby the Christiana Hospital (10min drive), preferrably reasonable rent prices. If anyone is renting out a room in their apartment or house, please contact me, and I can give you more details about myself, and what I'm looking for.
