I believe they have two subdivisions down in Sussex County, Plantation Lakes, Millsboro and The Hamlet at Dirickson Pond, Frankford, although The Hamlet at Dirickson Pond, may have another builder in there now. I have no first hand experience with them, but most builders starting these subdivisions, all over Delaware, are pretty much the same in regard to quality of construction, product line, etc. They're out of Florida, I understand.
Any information I hear, regarding various builders, is usually mixed. Some love them, some hate them, depending on each personal experience.

Do a Google search--you'll be stunned by what you find. It seems the company has a penchant for building on toxic dumps and the like.

With due respect to Delly, my search and look at the Lennar posts on Youtube suggets this isn't any run of the mill builder. Building homes on a tire dump and former munitions cite??? Heck, I was ready to bite at the Millsboro Plantation homes, but now I'm just going to look for something older.

Lennar Builders
To those inquiring about Lennar as a builder....
We purchased a townhome in Heritage Shores in Bridgeville last year. We have been extremely satisfied with all aspects of the construction and the follow-up services on any problems. Lennar is the second largest builder in the nation and we have found them to be very reputable. All of our neighbors appear to agree with our assessment of the company.
We are, originally, from NJ and are extremely happy that we made the decision to buy in Heritage Shores . We searched every 55+ community throughout DE for over a year. Heritage Shores wins hands down!

We know a couple who bought a Lennar home in Bethany as its second owner.
They lost furniture and carpet because of leaking patio doors and windows...cost them big$$$
