I really wasn't looking for regular campgrounds, I was hoping to find places that catered to long term guests.

Lots of them do. You just need to click on their website which is included on each P. A. page. That's how I found out about the one in Greensboro. BTW, these are not "membership" campgrounds, as such. Passport America is just a company that lets you do half-price camping at participating campgrounds. We've recouped the cost of our yearly membership with just a few nights camping.
