We'll miss the Jersey Shore, but we can always come back and visit Delaware is going to be our new home
We only live a half hour from the beach. 10 minutes if you want the Delaware bay beach. The beaches here are nice too but we only venture out during the week or off season. It is wonderful.

If you would like to live close to where the ferry is..........Lewes would be good.
A great place is Angola Bay just a quick ride to the ferry, to the ocean and Outlets.... This area goes under Lewes as far as house hunting goes.
You'd be at the bay area........they have a pool, and a good fishing area, you can dock a boat there too.
There is a good short cut, but basically it is across route one and down 24. A fantastic location.
