Default Pre-foreclosure sellers info for Bear/Appoquinimink SD?

Where to find Pre-foreclosure sellers info for Bear DE or nearby area, but, that falls in the Appoquinimink School District?
If an independent f&f type cash-financing etc. can be arranged, to close the deal quickly with a seller facing an imminent foreclosure, then I guess some time and cost can be saved for both the parties (eliminating middlemen realtors/brokers etc). [Not to mention, saving the seller from experiencing a psychologically-traumatic event of his life -- "the foreclosure" -- by a strong-buyer with cash to satisfy lender's immediate requirements].
Specifically, is there any source of info (web site etc.), that let you apply filtering criteria; e.g. if the cash requirement is about 285K to avoid a foreclosure (say, of a 4 bedroom, single-family, newer home), then "these" sellers are immediately available to discuss etc. type of scenarios possible to be checked in the system. Also, do you know any sellers falling in this category (experiencing payment difficulties etc.)? (You can pm me). Thanks for any info pointers.
