Hi deelmit. Please post more specific information so the wonderful people of this forum can give you accurate information. Which city are you looking to be close to? A major city in DE or NYC? If you are looking for the same type of cities as NYC, I'm afraid you won't find that anywhere in DE. I grew up on Long Island in the 60's and have found that Kent County (the central county) of DE is a lot like LI was in the early to mid 60's. You will find the most activity (night life), from what I've read on this forum, in the Northern part of DE, called New Castle County. I wish you the best of luck in your search and getting settled.
