Default Best Restaurants in Bethany Beach??

I'll be there in a few weeks and I'd like to have 2-3 suggestions for fine dining. Any cuisine is fine.

I don't know if I'd call it fine dining, but Bethany Blues has some great ribs.

I agree with previous poster. If you define "fine dining" by the food you eat you'll be very pleased with Bethany Blues. Good ribs, very good pulled pork and suburb beef brisket (a must order for me). But if you want white table cloths and an extensive wine list, this would not be your place.

Default How about a gorgeous Train Restaurant.......

Look up this ...........Royal Zephyr but it is not open all week and also it has certain hours starting at 4:30PM. Right in Ocean View /Bethany Rt 26

Dining in a beautiful old dining car of the Royal Zephyr........Awesome.

Or perhaps this restaurant we pasted on route 26.........Ocean View/Bethany

Other then that our family loved in Rehoboth Beach on the Main Street
Summerhouse, and Finns both in the same area up from the beach!

For "casual" dining looking out on the ocean..........Head to Bethanys Mangos right on the boardwalk by the beach.
The family seemed to like the Cottage Cafe for Pot Roast and Turkey on route One near Sea Colony.
If you want a quick take out for Ribs...........there is Bootsies, seems like a locals favorite. Fast, for an after beach easy meal.
Steakhouse 26 was a very special place to go for a drink and some company. Many TVs around and in the booths also..........at the pub area.
The regular dining area is very, very, special indeed.........you will be catered to.
However, the garlic in the meat was too much for me to handle and I am still feeling it............In our family we just love everythinggggggg plain.

Summering, it was nice to see your photo of DiFebo's, which was one of our favorites years ago. We haven't been there for a while, after being disappointed by various inconsistencies of food and service the last several times. When they were trying their best to please, they had some really great food.

I have just heard that online, anniebleu..........Such a pretty place thought isn't it.
Well for all the hipe of Steakhouse 26 and all they do put into it.....with waiters following waiters around.......and jazz and pizazz. ( alas, but in the end of a strip mall)I don't like lots of spices on my foods, neither does my hubby. So.........for us........we'd rather go to a simple place.
Funny but, leave my foods alone..........I'll spice it myself if I want........and gosh, I just don't. To many upset the system............
Plus .........hummm........no American Cheese. Every cheese other then that......but, nope...no American. Isn't it Americas #One cheese, by golly?
Really the most raves went to the Cottage Cafe ( LOL) Good prices, good foods.
Then again turkey and pot roast are family fav's......
The Zephyr was calling me, but the days we could go it wasnt' open........very special looking indeed.

By the way..........Everyone did enjoy Summerhouse in Rehoboth and also Finns right close by to that restaurant. Of course I would LOVE Summerhouse, any name with Summer in it gets my vote........

Summering, The Zephyr is mainly show. We ate in the 'high end' car last year. Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed in every aspect of the establishment. Frankly, I was surprised that they stayed in business. I'm sure for folks visiting the area it is a visual draw. Reading that they are only open certain days of the week doesn't surprise me. I think it's all hooked up with Gulf Stream Developers.

The Cottage is a long-time favorite of visitors and locals alike. Homemade fare and basic menu.

Another basic family place is Warren's in Fenwick. I forgot about them when I posted to you before. They are known for their turkey dinners. They've been in business down there for as long as I can remember. You may want to keep them in mind for your next trip. I believe, from what you've shared, there will be a next time for you and the family.
