Default Bethany your Special

Wow, what a wonderful week in Bethany. I guess you could say that it included other special towns such as Rehoboth, and Ocean View, also Fenwick.........amongst others.
Someone ordered me some Sunshine, and I am delighted to say........we just adored every minute of it.
Some views of things that make Delaware such a splendid state:

The Town of Bethany........one of the shops

A sailboat gentlely sitting in the water at Bethany

The flags on the Boardwalk of Bethany Beach.........

Tiny stores at Bethany

I'll be putting some more pictures on..........but I am home in PA to quite a few storms shutting me down........
What a wonderful place to visit and enjoy, the blue skys the wonderful weather, days at the pool and beach .......family to laugh with and make memories....................Delaware, your Beautiful and Fun.

Whew, hot and wonderful. The babies loved the beach, and the pool. Watching the two year old learn to swim..........helping him float, was just the best!
What a week!........Bear Trap Dunes is just great. The townhomes are perfect for a two family get away. Very large and roomy. Having two pools there was a help when one was closed down. I'll get some more pictures on soon...........

Rockky..........Well, Cort asked me to post some of the wonderful vacation pictures over in the NEPA thread so there are more pictures there........
One thing PA doesn't have right now is the ocean, we might have to put in an order for that soon..........

Summering,

Love the pictures! We have not had a chance to venture down to Bethany, but hope to soon. Since landing in DE, we have only made it to Lewes and Rehobeth, but the season is young!

I'll have to look out for the "landmarks" you caught with your camera, what great shots they are! Also, nice to hear you had some great times and even greater memories with the family.

I know what you mean about the storms since you got home; we've got thunder rumblin' and lightnin' popping as I type. Hope it clears of tomorrow... we have some serious grass cutting to do!

Mary

Mary C..........there are lots more photos on NEPA threads over in the Pa area.....Our Mod asked me to please post them there......so I lined them up and got a bunch on. There are a few showing Fenwick and other things. If you ride down that way.......have some lunch in Harpoon Hannas and watch the boats go by...its a casual, family place. Cute and interesting. That is just off the main drag on 54 ( I think that is the highway) nestled in behind the Marina so be sure not to miss it.
We traveled back and forth from Rehoboth to Fenwick........the kids went out to Ocean City. I havnt minded the distance between the first two towns......its not too long of a ride at all. I have some favorite stores in the Outlets I love.......like Kirklands, adore that store!

Thank you cccc63. The sailboat was just off the highway in Ocean View, the town next to Bethany Beach. I hardly got the hubby to pause, there was a car behind us.
But, I'm glad it turned out. Its a dreamy picture for sure..........
( on a little road leading to some townhomes)
