Default Home Appreciation from Dover to Milton

Does anyone own or have information about how homes have appreciated in value from Dover to Milford? I realize that the northern part of the state is basically a different market, but does anyone have any thoughts or input about the rest of the state that does not include the resort beach area?

During what period of time? During the last few years they have appreciated a lot. We bought in Camden 5 years ago and our home has appreciated quite a bit though they are coming down somewhat.

Camden is right outside of Dover.. I've driven through there and they have some really nice neighborhoods.. I mainly talking about over the last 5 years.. What are the prospects for growth as well. I like the small town feel of the state, and with everyone looking to start fresh from the north, a mass exodus could be in the making..
