Has anyone ever heard of Stonington on Lynnbury Woods Rd in Cheswold? They are built by WF Homes. We are wondering why they are selling single family homes for so cheap and why these places aren't selling. They've been there over a year and only one house is built, apparently nobody is buying this place. Anybody know a reason why people are not buying here and why we should stay away from this place?

These homes are stick built homes built in a factory and brought on sight....I stopped by and got paperwork on all the models. There are only 4 ranch models to choose from, ranging from $157,000 to $194,000 and they do come with basements. The price attracted me, however I wanted to stay in Smyrna School District, and this neighborhood is in Capital School District....yuck. So I am looking else where.

A home "stick built in a factory" makes no sense to me. A home is either stick built ON SITE or prefabricated in a factory, such as a modular or mobile (i.e. manufactured) home.
