We are relocating to Kent County,DE from Central Bucks county,PA; the mini-mansion growth around us has become truly overwhelming, and we miss our long-lost rural-lifestyle.

I am a stay-at-home mom, my kids are 11 and 13yo, both my kids are active in scouts, and their school band, up here.

I have been researching on-line myself, and I see several truly nice and affordable existing homes; but, I just cannot decide between the Smyrna, Forest Lake, or Milford school areas, any opinions welcomed.

Smyrna has always been considered an excellent district.

Default You'll like it here

You can find what you are looking for in any of the school districts you mention. Lake Forest is the smallest and more rural. Smyrna is growing with population moving in from Wilmington. Milford was just rates in top five in Delaware Today magazine.
