I have lived in Delaware for about 3 years now and love it. My Mom is still in North Jersey and is getting up in age and although is healthy, I feel she should be closer to me. The problem is that she is living in a very nice apt building where they charge her rent according to her income.
Is anyone familiar with something like that in the Dover area? She only pulls in about $1200 a month. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks
Maggie
