Question Gas refund
Just received a no charge statement from Chesapeake Gas. I now have a negative balance on my account. Anyone else receive an interim rate refund? There was no explanation with my bill. A nice surprise to get a credit for a change.

Yes, same thing happened to me. Interim rate refund, negative balance and no idea why......

Possible they were price gouging a bit and are giving refunds to alleviate possible problems with attorney general.

hmmmmmm wonder if it has to do with the declining price of oil. Now I wonder if or when our grocery bills will reflect the lower costs.
