Adult Communities
Thank you Summering, we appreciated your post. It took a long time to reach us. Actually, thanks to this site, North Carolina in a non-age restricted community has become our choice.
Best Regards,

Joyce, So glad you found a place suitable to your needs.......thats wonderful. Thats our wish for every CD poster.
I think that any information for 55+, or Non-Age restricted,is now easy enough for one to find by using the "search" area above. Happy House Hunting to all.

Congradulations, house123! Just out of curiosity, what part of NC did you decide on? Since we lived in central NC for about 15 years prior to moving to DE, I'm always curious! As for you finding what you're looking for in a non-55+ community, that does not surprise me in NC. From our experience, their popularity is not as high there as it is here. Don't know why, but I have found that to be true in most parts of NC.
Good luck with your move, and your new home!

I am thinking about Nassau Grove in Lewes. I know it is not 55+ but it has the same benefits with a better location of all the others. I spoke to many Homeowners and they are all my age and very happy. Does anyone know anything about this community by K.Hovnanian.
