Chinese Restaurant Gone???
I'm trying to find a chinese restaurant....THE AUTHENTIC CHINESE RESTAURANT in the University Plaza (Rt 273 & I95). Gone now....probably went out of business. Does any know if they may have re-located to another area???

They have been closed for about 6 months, maybe a little bit longer. Haven't seen an advertisement that they have moved to another location. They were the best, but I never saw too many people in there. Please let me know if you find them in another location or a Chinese restaurant that is as good.

I did not know that they closed. I have had good food at Bamboo house in the college Park SC.
Also Potstickers on Churchmans Rd in the shopping center across from the Hilton.

The Ming Garden on Kirkwood Highway is good, but not nearly as good as Authentic. I have only eaten at Potstickers once, but it was pricey and I felt that it was a little upscale. I'm not looking for that when I eat Chinese Bamboo House has been in the same shopping center for a long time, just under different names. The Crownery in Pike Creek is very good, but too far. Since I usually only eat Shrimp with Lobster Sauce, every Chinese restaurant is judged on how good it is. Authentic was the best.

Try the Schezuan Restaurant on Kirkwood Highway.
They have some pretty good stuff there and an excellent lunch buffet.

My vote goes to The Crownery in Hockessin, it's in Lantana Shopping Center. Awesome food.

I agree, I use to live in Delaware years ago. that the best asian restaurant that I liked when I lived there. Unless you drive to Philly, thats what we use to do on weekends. |

I think Schezuan is famous for over 30 years for being the best in taste as well as price. I have yet to hear a complaint from anybody who visited there after my suggestion ...
