Default Towers at Greenville Place

Anyone have any experience living here or know anyone who has stayed here for corporate housing? Is this community close to grocery stores, restuarants, etc? I will be staying here for a few months until our house sells in Houston and wanted to get some insight from locals. Thanks!

PennsylTexan:

As you can see nobody has a response because nobody has heard about Towers at Greenville Place. This may be because the Corporate world has renamed some structure/complex that was known by a different name.

Just wanted to respond to you and not leave you wondering?

Thanks - I know it is on Presidential Drive and I think it is part of Greenville Place Apartments, although the "towers" were built in 2005.

Default Greenville Place

I lived in Greenville Place, though not the towers, twice. The first time was back in the early 80's when I was single. I lived in a regular apartment that had just been gutted and completely remodeled. It was a very nice apartment, although the sound proofing left a lot to be desired. At that time it was a nice "neighborhood". Prior to all the renovations, it was getting a little seedy.

I lived there the second time for about 4 months during the time our first house sold and our second house was built. Again, the only issue we had was sound proofing.

The complex is in Greenville, which, of course, is one of the most expensive real estate areas in Delaware. Within walking distance are a couple of small shopping centers/restaurants/grocery store, etc. It is also within a short drive (maybe 10-15 minutes) from Kirkwood Highway where there are lots of stores, restaurants, etc. Going north, you can get from Greenville Place to Concord Pike in about the same amount of time (depending on traffice) and find just about anything you want along Concord Pike (Rt 202) from Fairfax up to the Brandywine Valley area.

Hope that helps!
