Default Looking for housing in Camden/Magnolia area

Myself and my fiancee (who is almost eight months pregnant) are currently living with her parents in Magnolia. This has been a satisfactory situation up till now, but when she gives birth we simply won't have the room to stay here anymore. I don't make much money (<$1000 a month) and in her present situation she is unable to work, so we're looking for something low incomish (is that even a word?). Any ideas would be very welcome.

If you are interested in apartments, there are 2 complexes near there that you may want to consider. One is General Greene, and is located right off Route 10 very close to the air force base. You can "google" apartments and find it.

The name of the other complex escapes me, but it is located on Webbs Avenue right on the south Dover city line. Again, an online search will find it.

Both complexes, I believe, base rent on income. Apparently, they are subsidized somehow. Don't know if you and/or your fiance have applied for assistance, but it sounds like you may qualify. If not before, then when the baby is born.

Hope you get more response, and good luck with the little one!

Mary

Thanks for the tip! Sorry for the slow reply, but it's been a hectic week (I've determined that kidney stones suck!). I'll look into those options... and thanks for wishing us luck... we'll take all the luck we can get! :P

Hope this insn't a duplicate reply. Get Corn Silk Tea for calcium based kidney stones. Drink lots. It breaks up the granules. Really. Far better than the alternatives of pain and hospital and drugs.

i know you said your wife is pregnant, i am currently looking for someone to take over my lease. I live in a one bedroom house on rt. 8 in dover literally 4 minutes from camden. It might be just what you are looking for. its affordable too with a nice long driveway, fenced in large yard, its quiet, the landlord lives next door (seperately though) they jump to help with a lot of issues. I pay 750 a month, but i am sure they would negotiate if needed. The residence has all new appliances for the most part, new washer dryer, they pay for the cable, the only utility you have is electric, so its awesome. I am in the military and i am deploying so i need to find someone to fill my lease. Let me know if this sounds good. I just put in my 60 day notice yesterday so im in search of someone desperately. you can also reply to me at my email: bostonsoxgirl21@yahoo.com
I look forward to hearing from you either way.
