Default Middletown neighborhood -- anyone remember this?

In the 1990s, was a neighborhood in Middletown built in front of an old wastewater treatment plant, or closed landfill, or something like that (?)

The developer didn't bother to tell the buyers (gee, imagine that). I can't remember the name of the neighborhood... was it Appoquin Farms ?

Anyone have a better memory than I do?
