Default Peninsula On Indian River Bay
I noted an ad in today's Wall Street Journal for an auction of seven luxury homes in The Peninsula resort in Millsboro. Does anyone know if the development itself is in trouble or if this represents one builder who may have overextended himself? I want to do an article on the auction for my web site, where I write about golf communities. Many thanks. Larry

It is just one builder called Miller & Smith...there are public open houses the next few weekends between 12-3 for viewing the homes for sale.
