Looking to move to Delaware (Newark, Bear: homes, neighborhoods, living in)

my husband has been offered a job in aberdeen, md (APG) and he isn't thrilled about living in MD so he sent me on a quest to find a home that will be a decent driving distance to and from MD... i dont know where to start i was looking at newer homes in the middletown area but wasn't sure if that is too much of a drive... are there any town or areas anyone can suggest for me to look? i am lost since i have been looking all this time into MD homes which seem so much pricier than DE... really appreciate the help! we are likely to move in july thanks so much!

Middletown, DE is going to be about an hour from Aberdeen, MD - probably more considering traffic. I think that Newark, Glasgow, or Bear, DE would be better, considering the drive time for each of these areas in closer to the 35 - 45 minute mark. There are a lot of nice neighborhoods - it just all depends on what you can afford.
