Hi, Everyone! I posted on this forum last year when we were researching Sussex and Kent counties to find out where we should move. Everyone was so helpful so I wanted to report that we have sold our home and are moving to Lewes, Delaware to a new community by Ryan homes called Bay Pointe. It is close to Millsboro and has beautiful water views. We are very excited!
We originally wanted at least a 1/2 acre lot but compromised on 1/3 since we loved the area.
We are from Jackson NJ. I just wanted to know if anyone from Monmouth or Ocean county NJ has made the move and how your experience has been.
Do you have any suggestions as to clubs that would be friendly to new people? We are in our 50s but did not want to move to a senior community. Thanks!

We live in Monmouth County now, Tinton Falls. We are moving to Newark, a neighborhood called Belden. The builder is Anderson. Funny thing is there is a neighborhood right behind us called Bay pointe, but it is not Ryan Homes. I know of two other families moving into the neighborhood too from Tinton Falls. We all work at Fort Monmouth and have to move.

Hi, Everyone! I posted on this forum last year when we were researching Sussex and Kent counties to find out where we should move. Everyone was so helpful so I wanted to report that we have sold our home and are moving to Lewes, Delaware to a new community by Ryan homes called Bay Pointe. It is close to Millsboro and has beautiful water views. We are very excited!
