I have moved to Newark recently & I have few queries:

1. Are there any South Indian Association, with whom we can Socialize which would also help us to celebrate our Festivals?
2. Are there any good Saloons (Beauty Parlours) which are not very expensive?

Welcome to Newark, DE. The University of Delaware has an Indian Students Association, so I would start there. As for inexpensive hair salons, you will find Super Cuts, Hair Cuttery, etc. at almost any strip mall.

I have had good experiences at Cost Cutters in the past. If you value savings over potential quality, you might want to try a cosmetology school, such as this one on campus Schilling Douglas School of Hair Design

I like Ferrari Hair Studio in nearby Pike Creek Ronnie Ferrari - Wilimington, DE- Ferrari Hair Studio Limited - Wilmington, DE - home . It's not "cheap" (about $45-$50 for a haircut), but if you want a regular salon, that's as cheap as you're going to get.

There is an annual IndiaFest in Wilmington
