I have a major problem with Pot Nets! They are unfair and rude! My inlaws have a home there and we needed to be on the lease to use the pool, so we applied (which included a fee), and the next step was to sign the lease. We don't get down there too often and when we finally did we were told that our lease application expired. We were never told that we had to sign the lease by a certain time. Now they are telling us we need to apply again and pay again ... just to use the pool and get a decal to park near the beach. They make up policies as they go along!!!

I LOVE Pot-nets, lived here for quite some time. The name stems from Crab POTS and fish NETS. If you haven't been here, do yourself a favor and take a look, it's so beautiful. Some of the complainers have gone elsewhere, that's where they belong. If you don't want to pay then you can't play!

I think it boils down to the land rent or HOA in Pots nets.

Some feel it is too high. I have no first hand knowledge but know it is probably out of our reach.

Check it out......If you can afford it and like what you see..then go for it.....

If not......go someplace else? that simple.
