Moving to Delaware from PA thinking of WOODLAND HTS
I know that there are mixed views of 19805 zip code near Wilmington, but was wondering if there is anyone familiar with this neighborhood, and if you have any suggestions for first time home owners relocating to Northern Delaware.

Are you familiar with the area? How did you come with the name Woodland Heights? It is a neighborhood that is well established and conveniently located in the Price's Corner area. What, in particular, are you looking for by way of information? And what are the mixed views you are referring to? Please elaborate, so your concerns may be addressed.

No concerns, and no im not familiar with that area. Im know Northern tip of Delaware, like Talley day and Naamans Rd, but not too much farther South. Our Realtor took us down that way and didnt know too much about the area, and wasnt sure about the apartments that were there as well. I guess my concerns are if its a safe neighborhood, and what the school district is like for that area.

I'd be concerned about a realtor who has such a limited knowledge of Wilmington and its suburbs.

19805, depending on the address, could be Red Clay or Christina
School district.
I don't know the particular neighborhood, but if you gave me a landmark or
two for reference, I might be able to tell you more.

Fairfield - Nice Community
Try Fairfield. Hearn Place. There is a home at 4 or 5 Hearn Place (In Newark 19711) not sure the number (its not listed yet) that can be purchased at a bargain price. Contact PHH Mortgage after you determine exact address. Taxes Low. and on a cul de sac. I'll bet you'll love it!!! About 5 Minutes from PA Border - Landenberg and 15 Minutes from Elkton MD and under 10 minutes to I - 95.

I try my best to be ethical in my profession! I am allowed to provide factual information but not my sense or opinion about whether the neighborhood is good or bad, has crime or not, what racial composition and so on ....
I do not want to take offence to your ignorant post -- that is why this small dose of knowledge to see if you can handle it.

So then, why do you ask questions knowing ethically you can't answer?
To a poster unaware of this information, you are the only person who looks ignorant.
Have a nice day.
