Default Thining of moving to Sussex County

I'm a mother of a 5 year old son and 16 month old daughter and my husband and I are looking into moving to Sussex County . We're looking at Sussex County primarily for the beach living. I'm looking for suggestions on good school districts. Also, any suggestions on towns to check out or stay away from would be helpful. We looking for a SFH with no more than .5 of an acre (we have a dog too). We are also looking for diversity, am I asking for too much? Perhaps.

We are looking for a safe suburban area with homes in the $400,000+ range. I've been searching online, but it's hard to know unless you have really lived there or near there. Any suggestions or comments would be appreciated. Thank you!

Hi Krismacfam. Were you able to find out any info? I'm in the same boat as you...looing to move my family to the beach, but schools and safety are important (we have three kids).

You might want to try towns like Rehoboth Beach, Dewey, and Bethany Beach
