There's the Arden arts and crafts festival, with stuff to buy, food, music, games. Around the Arden Guild Hall. It's been advertised in the News-Journal. You might try googling it if you're interested.

From Delaware Online:

Wilmington Labor Day Parade
By: Jim Hilgen
Labor will be out in force taking part in Wilmington's Labor Day parade.
More than 25 hundred workers representing some 35 unions will be marching in the parade through downtown Wilmington.

Prior to the parade, Governor Jack Markell is expected to sign an executive order ensuring state employees have the right to organize.

Samuel Lathem, head of the state's AFL-CIO, says the parade will honor the working men and women of Delaware and their contributions to the state.

The parade starts at 10 AM at 12th and King Streets, and is followed by a rally from noon to 3 at Tubman-Garrett Park.
