While not in the city of Wilmington, the address is Wilmington, DE 19803. So much of where things are get dependent on the postal city...I don't live in Newark, but my address says Newark. So when I get asked where I live, I say Newark. Its easier than to explain that I live in Glasgow and deal with the "where's that?" questions that those unfamiliar with the area ask.

When I was new to the area, I saw the "Talleyville" fire house and assumed that was the name of the town. When Bell Atlantic was still the teleco, the directory assistance lady got snippy when I asked for a listing of a restaurant on 202 using the town of "Talleyville". I then asked for Wilmington and it was no issue.
