Eastern Orthodox Chuches (Wilmington, Dover, Hockessin: retiring, location, Russian)

My husband and I are looking at possibly retiring to DE in the near future. We are looking at the 55+ communities in and around the Dover area. We are both Greek Orthodox and very involved with our church. The closest Greek Orthodox church and the only one in the state, is in Wilmington, which is about 1 hour + away. It would not have to necessarily be a Greek Orthodox church, but just Eastern Orthodox (Russian, OCA, etc.). The only other ones I saw were also at least another hour away.
Anyone know of any churches that perhaps are not showing up on the web?

Besides the Greek Orthodox parish in Wilmington, there is an OCA parish that might be perhaps described more as Hockessin (I've driven by there numerous times and never have internalised the location, but I believe the church is St Michael's). There is also a Ukranian Orthodox parish, I believe on Philadelphia Pike (not to be confused with the Ukranian Catholic - "uniate" - parish that is also in Wilmington). I'm not aware of any others in Wilmo -- surprisingly there seems to be no Antiochian Orthodox congregation. I'm unaware of Orthodox congos elsewhere in the state.
