Default Seaford or bust?

Hi Gang. I am soooooooooooooooooooo glad that I found this forum!!! We are planning a move to the Seaford Area in the next two years. My husband is a truck driver and will be able to haul out of seaford. I am A school bus driver and a para educator for life skills. I have an extensive background working in medical offices spec. ob/gyn as well. I will need to find a job!

We are currently living in Lancaster County PA. We have been seasonal campers at Steamboast Landing Camprgound in the Milton/Lewes area for the past 9 years and I have so fallen in love w/ DE.

I am sick of the winters in PA, sick of amish and mennonite buggies, sick of nothing to do in the country.

We are moving to Seaford or somewhere around there as soon as my daughter graduates next years.

I guess my question is this. Seaford? or what surrounding area? I do not want new construction. I want character and charm of an older house............cape cod, etc.

We are in our late 40's, all of our children are grown and on their own except for this last one.

I am excited....................I need the ocean air, I need people, I need a community.

Thanks so much in advance for any help/guidance.
