Default Relocating to Wilmington

We are reloating to Wilmington from Connecticut and have no idea where to start our housing search. I may be asking for too much but I am looking for a neighborhood in Wilmington with good elementary schools, vibrant shopping/restaurants, and close to a park so my kids can enjoy some nature. We don't mind living in an apartment (buy or rent). We want to be in a bustling urban environment and have great schools for our kids. Impossible?
