Angry Body shops in Newark

Hi,

Can anyone recommend any body shops in Newark that include free loaner cars with their service?

Thanks...

I don't know of any shops that offer free loaners...loaners are often part of your insurance coverage.

I will say that I had a less than pleasurable experience with Porter...my wife's car was put in after being rear-ended and what a pain it was for them to get the work going. The hatch they put on the car (with 3rd brake light) was not the same as the original car (aftermarket non-OEM) and the alignment and fitment isn't right. We got no resolve and I refuse to use them for anything else aside from warranty work that causes them headaches.

We also went to Puz's on Rt 72 and while they have great reviews, I thought the guy was an a$$.

Glasgow Auto Body had the best service but they couldn't get us in and they weren't a "preferred" State Farm servicer so we had to stay away because of the chance of further delay.

State Farm absolutely stunk during the process and the agent did absolutely nothing to get resolve and keep our business. We left them after the claim was all finalized...
