Roseville anyone? J. Hov community? Seeks info
Anyone live here and willing to share there feelings about the community and/or proposed amenities. We looked there last weekend; houses nice, but I hate when the builder nickle and dimes you for each little upgrade. And, you can't even see "standard options" on the models.

roesville community
I tried to read most of the +55 community blogs, but if anyone lives in Roesville at the J. Khov community, it would be great to know how you like it.

There are only six families there so far. That's why we are suggesting you review what's in the 55+ community thread. There is far more information there than just about anywhere else online. |

As of the end of Sept, there were only 6 occupied homes in this community. I'd have to say that chances are very slim that anyone who lives there would see and reply to this board - you are dealing with a very small pool of people! If you are out there, please help us all !!!  |
