Thumbs up Christina Mill Apartment in Newark

This complex in a beautiful community. The apartments range from studios to 2 bedrooms with den. My husband and I are in our mid 30s to mid 40s we have teenagers and this community is perfect for singles. it is a university town. U of D is up the road and Downtown Newark is less than a mile away. Our community has great amenities with Suburban Plaza right next door. it has a hidden water stream/creek for the hiking...Just Beautiful! Main Street has great social scenes and vintage shoppes. I just love it. Not to mention the Goodwill is great! I love to treasure hunt. Minutes away from peoples plaza for a night out at the movies. I lived in Brookside a year ago, and i have to admit just a 5 mile distance makes all the difference. When it comes to the club scene. i still have to travel to Philly to get the party on...That is what my son says....lol This community does offer flexible leases and furnished apartments if needed. We have a business center with internet. Very upscale. Our community room is stocked with continental breakfast daily. Free popcorn all day. The fitness room is all state of the art equipment with flat screen tv s. The sauna is great and the pool is refreshing...Ok I should get a rental discount fo this...lol seriously check this place out you will love it.

Cyber.........I, personally, don't know anything about those particular rental complexes. Seems to me, you're going to have to do the leg work. I'm from Kent County, travel up there almost daily, and see some of those complexes from the exterior. I think if you see one, you've seen them all. Sorry I can't help you.
