Anyone know anything about this neighborhood? Is this City of Dover electric or ?? Is Verizon Fios is offered in this neighborhood and, if so, is it any good? Any information would be appreciated. Feel free to direct message me.
Thanks!
JD

Hi JD

I liove in Lakeshore and am a Realtor. We have a Dover address but we're not in the city. Our electric is Delaware Co-op and Fios is available. I switched to Fios and I like it quite a bit. Hope this helps, feel free to ask more.
JT

I'm feeling free so here goes. Would you say the Verizon FIOS internet service is reliable? I do work from home and interruptions or lag time would definitely make me rethink using them. Fire department would be Cheswold - what about police? I tried to look online to see how many police calls had been made for the area and what types of calls but so far have been unable to figure out where to look for that information. Safety is always a concern these days. Again, I thank you so much for your time and help! Looking forward to potentially being a neighbor!

JD - Here's the low down on the neighborhood. It's pretty quiet and nothing really happens in here. We have had a couple of cars broken into, but they have only been on my block. It's because where our street is, we have a quick exit. In the past 7 1/2 yrs that I've been here, this was a first. Our FD is Cheswold and ploice is Troop 3. As far as I know, the only FD calls have been for alarms only. If you like it quiet, than this is the place for you.

Hello, I would like to ask if there is an HOA in the Greens of Dover subdivision. If there is, could you give me some information about it? Do they a website and what are their contact number or email address. Thank you!
