Default Help! I wish to know where there are mobile home parks for 55 and older in Delaware.

Where would be the best town or city to move to that has a 55 and older mobile/modular home park that I might move my home to? What do you know about the area where these parks are located?

We live in a modular home park in Kent county and it is 55+ but I know they would not allow someone to move their home in this community.
However,
I did come across a list of mobile parks and am posting the link.

Kent county is a good place to live. Not right near the beach but only 35 mins away.

I wonder why moving a mobile home into the mobile home park is not permitted. Do you know of anywhere they do allow?

Our are manufacured homes with 5 models. Guess they dont' want any other homes to take away from the uniform of the park

I dont' know any others off hand but check the link I provided in my previous post.

Also, I-realty could probably help you with this. The owners of our community are with I-realty and they have several mobile home parks.
You can pull I-realty.com up on google and check for a contact number.

I did find one woman in Seaford who did the drapes for our office and did everything on time, it was amazing...but expensive.

Medical is our business, and yes, I know tons about Nanticoke....email me here, via private message....Salisbury, Maryland has Peninsula Regional, and they have some good people down there. Beebe is supposedly good, although I've never been, and we don't have much contact with their docs. Christiana is in Wilmington, and is a Level One trauma...lots of specialists 24/7; but again, I've never been there as a patient.
In response to your being bitten. There are some strange health issues concerning bites. Something does get under the skin and a rash begins. To date no one in the medical field will say they know what it is. so the only thing I can suggest is Tree Tea Oil on your skin before going out and afterwards. Just be careful as TTO is deadly for some animals.

New Community Coming: Roesville - built by Hovnanian.

I am on their mailing list so they just sent me a long survey about things I'd like to see in a 55+ community, including the amenities. I have completed it and returned it to them. So let's keep an eye open for further information on this new 55+ community.

this community is next town south of us. What is the price range of the homes?
Is it land lease or land own?
