You asked about OB/GYN in Wilmington. Dr. Duque-Salva is who I use. I like her very much. A serious woman who knows her stuff. Located in Trolley Square (where I go) and one other location (maybe Newark, not sure). My dentist is Dr. Fortunato in Greenville.
