magnolia, de (Camden: crime rate, house, place to live)

hi, i'm thinking of moving to magnolia, de...i have a new baby and i'm trying to find out what the crime rate is...i want to live somewhere where i will not have to be afraid to walk out to my car at night and be alone during the day....if anyone could help out that would be great...thank you

Magnolia is a great place. Crime is low and overall a good place to live. I have lived in Magnolia for 3 years and it is a good place for a family. The only complaint is there is no town or places to walk to... Must drive to go to anywhere.

I have lived in the Magnolia/Camden area for 30 years. I currently just bought a house outside of Magnolia and absolutely love it here. Magnolia is one of those towns where you can almost leave your doors unlocked at night however I wouldnt recommend it in case an outsider comes through. There arent many businesses in Magnolia pretty much just the Fire Company, Post Office, and the corner restaraunt; which has pretty good food at a good price by the way. The Camden Lowes and Super Wal-Mart are only about 10 minutes away though. Good Luck!!
